Check the settings on your phone and see if Cellular Data is enabled.
Also check to see if there is a Telus outage in your area:

If everything looks OK then contact a CS_Agent to investigate your issue by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon above.

What about text and data? working?
You could also try the SIM card in another working phone. This helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

Does text and data work?
Maybe try rebooting your phone (if you have not tried already).
