We are not getting service at home. Away from home we get service. Could growing trees be interfering with reception.

My phone now goes between one bar and no service. Better than no service at all for 4 days.

You can also look up the telus outage map to see if there is anything going in around you currently

@BSD-70 - if this is a all of a sudden issue, try some troubleshooting to see if anything is improved:
- restart your phone
- toggle into and out of airplane mode
- remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works
- perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
- manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) does this help for services 'at home' ?

Was that Always the case since you become PM customer?
How many signal bar lines do you have?
Yes, it is possible that some objects obstruct mobile signal. Unfortunate even if mobile phone is your only connection to the world.
