Hi, since this morning, my phone has not been connected to the network. « No signal » is displayed. I am at home, and I never had any probleme with Public Mobile before... Could it be an outage? Am I the only experimenting this?
Thank you!

@gpixel The moderator team answered my ticket and apparently there was another SIM card linked to my account, probably a fraud like you said... Everything is back to normal now! Let’s hope it won’t happen again... Thank you so much again! 🙂

@wildheart someone is trying to commit fraud. change your passwords for all bank emails etc. and put your phone in lost / stolen mode
click on the question mark chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen type "security or identity fraud issue"
(use the chat bubble options, then click on the "submit a ticket, click me" option ")
be sure to regularly check your inbox (envelope icon in the top right corner) for a response
