Can you give us more info? Your renewal date is tomorrow??? If yes it’s normal... everything will be ok tomorrow @kwabee29

- And if it is active, try the lost/stolen trick to see if the services can be reactived.

Does your account say that it's active?
Have you tried the lost phone trick? Log into your Self-serve account, report your phone as lost, log out, wait 10 minutes, log back in and report it found.
