Why do my renewal date keep changing one day early each month. When I start with public my date was the 22th now it will be the 17th of feb

because PM not count as month~~~ you paid every 30 days!

@soundman117, it is because plans are 30 days and not one month. So if there is a month with 31 days your payment date moves up a day.
@ShawnC13 small point of clarification: it is in the month which follows a 31-day month when your payment date moves forward one day. December had 31 days, so January payment date moves forward by 1. January has 31 days, so February payment date moves forward by 1. February (the consumate exception to all monthly rules!) has 28 days, so March's payment date moves back by 2 days. March has 31 days, so April's payment date moves forward by 1. April has 30 days, so May's payment date is the same as April's. May has 31 days, so June's payment date moves forward by 1. And so on....
