maybe you are affected by the 3G shutdown that is going on now
what phone do you have? and which province?
first, check if your phone can use VoLTE using the IMEI checker here:

use a laptop to sign in to your acct to see current plan status. When was regular plan renewal scheduled...maybe renewal failed do to non-pay (autopay failure). Let us know if your acct us Suspended and we can give suggetsions.
