Qr code doesn't work. Msg: Cannot connect to network subject code 8.2.6 reason code 3.8 EID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Contacted Telus, was told problem needs to be fixed by Public Mobile. I've been trying to solve this for 3 DAYS! Please help I need my number activated. Thank you

I am having the same issues since Friday! This service is garbage!! my phone number is stuck with Public Mobile and they haven't even responded to my 4 support tickets made days ago.
