My service period ends today and I have no service. I’ve updated payments and even prepaid, but still no service. VERY frustrating as I have calls for work I need to be able to do today URGENTLY.
i require a response immediately.

Folks the Chatbot ticketing system is working again, best to go that route instead of PMs directly.

Have you tried rebooting the phone ? If account is activate and you have no services and reboot didn’t help .

Do you have autopay turned on? If you don’t have it on do you manually pay as usual?
If you do have it on or you paid manually and it still isn’t working then submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.
