Anyone else experiencing loss of service? It says public mobile in the top left corner but I able to receive calls/texts.
are outgoing calls working? just incoming failed?
try reseating your SIM (power off, remove sim, wipe it clean and put everything back)
if still fails, try to change the network to 3G Only and see if incoming calls working again

Are you a new customer....did you just activate with a new number or port in a number?
Things to try:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings
*Check if your phone is blacklisted here:
One additional thing - since Public Mobile is on the Telus network, double check your area to ensure there's no outages:
