I took my entire family cell phone service over to Public Mobile from another provider. Both kids goes to university hours out of town and I am now unable to communicate with either one of them for the last few days.. This has been a frustrating ordeal trying to get service for the last few days with no assistance .
All accounts shows to be valid online but we are unable to recieve incoming call and do any texting.. So Frustrating. Can anyone assist..

Do the old sim cards work?
If it's a stuck port you will need to provide the account info and name on the old accounts for each public mobile account

Okay seems like their is a port in issue for their lines. You will have to contact the @CS_Agent and they will assist you. You will have to give them your phone #, acct # for verification.
