Sounds to me like Camaro69 now has esim, and struggling to activate it.

The support team changed my SIM card by using eSIM

Are you using hard sim ? If so, remove the old network sim and install the new Public Mobile sim.

@Camaro69 make sure your old provider sim card is removed, or if disable it if the old one is an eSIM
then check and make sure PM sim is enabled (toggle on Turn on this line on and set the label with Primary if you have an iPhone)
Next, Reset network settings after a device reboot
if you still cannot get it to connect to PM, you will need to engage support agent and ask them to reprovision the sim. Private message CS Agent at:

did you reboot your cellphone ? If so, now try a network re-set...see if that helps.
