Public Mobile does not provide customer service by phone call nor does it provide customer service by e-mail.

So they got my data working. I shut my phone off and waited 5 minutes before turning it back on and it fixed the issue. They also did a refresh on their end. Hopefully this helps you and they get you up and going as well.

I agree 100%. This is kinda BS. At least I can make calls on my phone and the wifi works. I don't use my mobile data much so it's not so bad for me but I can see how people would be pissed.

Yeah, this got to be the worst CS experience. I cant blame them though, they probably are swamped with lots of complaints. PM mobile clearly didnt prepare for the influx of new customer.

I signed up on Saturday and have the same issue. Somebody told me that they would issue another esim and it fixes the issue. Hopefully they can get our phones working and the savings over the next 2 years will make it worth it.

@RammelB

they will not refund.

i havent gotten any response for my data issue since sunday after porting and its very frustrating. I feel like i want to port back to my old provider. Do you know if public mobile will refund me back my money?

do you see the sim connected to PM network? can you make outbound calls?

and what phone you have?

we need to confirm if it is a data issue or a general sim connect issue
