My service is not working and I paid threw visa debit card? The funds have been taken out of my account but service is not working?

Are you a new customer?
Is this first time you have this issue? Were bill payment worked before?
Check you PM account to confirm service is active and what plan you subscribe to.
Do a hard reboot of your phone and check again.
If everything fails open a ticket through chatbot. If your PM account is NOT set up yet then you would have to send direct message to agent - recipient: CS_Agent

@Morty1 Did you use the app to activate not website ? If yes to app have you tried rebooting the phone ? And finally do you have eSIM or physical SiM . If eSIM check sim manger in phone settings and ensure the eSIM is enabled . . And remove old sim . If your still having issues you can always reach out to support for more assistance
