if you have not done so, reboot the phone and check
and if still does not work, login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode to confirm once again if account is active (sometimes the money stuck at a credit and not used for renewal)
if it shows active, ask PM support agent to check , submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Hello.
You can try to reboot your phone. You can go into your network settings and reset them to connect you back to the network. You should log into your account and confirm you actually paid and your account is active again.
