I just joined and transferred my number, the number ported through but my phone continues to say "no service public mobile."...not sure what to do..

I was able to resolve it, thanks.
Had to turn off my old service on the other sim

I am in North Burnaby/northside Vancouver and getting the same message.
There seems to be a maintenance on the Telus towers.
Not much we can do until repairs are completed. If you are getting the message that means that porting was completed.

I did reboot. Under my esims, shows the same number foe esim 1 and 2...but the first one is still showing my old provider. It's been a few hours since I ported it

Does your OLD service still work?
Try rebooting device, then resetting network connections and toggling airplane mode on/off.
