@Wez-leigh just suggested you couple ways to chexk yiur phone and hope you can get the service back on yiur other thread. Buy in case you really need PM support to further troubleshoot, here are the two ways to engage them:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

How do I contact someone I just keep getting put through to forums I have same issue my account shows active I just paid 3 days ago and nothing since

@aavenger can you login to My Account? is the account status showing Suspended or Active?
You said you have been in contact, so, CS agents are working on your case? Just ask them to escalate to senior agents and push for an answer.
