Check your My Account and see if your account is suspended

Login to your account or call 611 and check if your account is active. If it is then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If it is suspended then make a manual payment with a CC or vouchers.
Vouchers are available at 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples. Dial 611 and enter the voucher number to restore service.

@angeldude228 yes, if you check the Telus outages map, there are alot of reported outages in your area and others surrounding.
Degradation of services for 5G and standalone. Affecting data, text and voice.
Hopefully they will be up and running again soon.
