Hi, I don't seem to have service on my device. It was working fine until a few months ago, my subscription is still active.

If you service is still active then there are a couple of issues:
- there is an issue with your phone. To check, put your SIM in another phone to see if that works. If it does then something wrong with your phone.
- possible provisional issue, click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to investigate.

why would you waited 6 months and finally decide to do something?
can you login my account?
call 1-855-4PUBLIC and can the system find your account?
you tested your sim card in another phone?
