No service for my friend,mods please help!

My friend just renewed fall pmro the day before yesterday, and got no service this afternoon, please help!

You don't need to worry. Seeing the warning is normal for everyone on renewal day and it will be back to normal in the morning. But if you have no service, you will have get in touch with one of the mod.

Does it work on your phone using that specific sim card?

Is the account active? Tried rebooting the phone? and if possible, try the sim in another phone.
