I am new to Public Mobile since the 30th of September. Cellphone was working well until when I am back from an USA trip. My status is active but my cellphone has no service.

Thank you very much for all your helps. By turning on "enabled 3 G" in "Settings" my problem was solved.

Everything should be back to normal 24 hours after you return from US. This is a known glicth after you return home from USA with the 10 Day US Roaming addon.

Can you restart phone with the sim inside
Also try lost stolen trick then restart.
You may have to reset network settings
