No service after porting

I have set up a new account.
Activated the account. Ported over my telus # and nothing. It has been over 24 hours.
Yes I have confirmed with Telus that my number has been released.
The problem is with Public Mobile but I can't get the BOT to understand that I don't have any service.
Suggestions?

I gave up waiting after DM'ing Support.
4 hours later, my phone is working.
Still no reply from Support. Oh well, at least it is working!!

@Since1957 sound like a problem with the sim card and account provisioning, easy fix for PM support and you just need to engage them by direct message here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
