I recently subscribed to Public Mobile and had a successful payment. However, there is no service on my phone and I cannot connect to the network. My account in the app works perfectly fine just the phone is not in service. I tried to send a ticket but it alway shows error. I really need help. Many thanks.

HI @Tuni
Please check your SIM manager and see if eSIM is installed, and set to active
if you see it there, try to Reset All networks

Edit: I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’

And you got the qr code in an email and you displayed it on another device and scanned it with your phone?

@Tuni- Is there any chance you can try your SIM in another phone, to rule out a problem with the phone. -- Assuming you are not using an E-Sim.
