No response from public mobile CS_Agent

I have ported my number in from rogers and there was a porting issue as I didn't receive a message from Rogers to approve the request. I called Rogers regarding this and they put in a bypass and then they advised me to call Public Mobile to reinitiate the port in process. 

I have sent two private messages to the CS agent regarding the issue and there has been no response so far. I'm able to make outgoing calls and the mobile data seems to work. What is not working is the incoming messaging and the incoming calls? 

Someone in the community please advise the next steps since I'm not hearing anything from the CS agent

I have called the number again and it is not going through for me. Created another private ticket. I am totally fed up.
