Line is active and I can make calls but It’s just my data that doesn’t work. I’ve tried restarting the phone, taking old SIM card out, airplane mode etc. is there a fix?

I'm wondering if we need to reinstall the e-sim but, I'm afraid if I delete the current e-sim I won't have any cell service. I'm very disappointed it is taking so long for the support team to resolve these major issues and it's been 4 days for you.

I had the same issue since 24th, tried everything but no luck

and thing is ive had family members sign after days after me with e-sim and they have no issues at all

Yeah mines been like this since the 24th and still nothing

I am experiencing the same issue ever since activation on January 25th. And have done all the troubleshooting steps (reset, configure APN etc) to resolve and still no fix.
