I'm wondering if we need to reinstall the e-sim but, I'm afraid if I delete the current e-sim I won't have any cell service. I'm very disappointed it is taking so long for the support team to resolve these major issues and it's been 4 days for you.
I am experiencing the same issue ever since activation on January 25th. And have done all the troubleshooting steps (reset, configure APN etc) to resolve and still no fix.
