l try reset my password  lots my e-maiil does comformation to that account.l know does.l wanted unblocked l wanted reset my password  l nned fore 2:00 pm l would be leaving

So is it solved?   if so, let us know what happened.

Is your account suspended?  Only a MOD can change plans when it is suspended.  You will need to message a MOD to get this looked after.  Link in my signature

You need to prepay the amount of your new plan before being able to change it.

You will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team, they will help to resolve your problem!
