No phone service

Cannot receive or make calls while I am in USA. It rings once and quits. I have powered off my phone several times but still no success. I am trying to get thru to a customer care agent but no reply?

Hey @Sylvia221959 Couple questions. Do you have a plan that is Canada/US based? If not, did you purchase a US add on? If you do have a Canada/US plan or purchased a US addon, try going into your network settings and turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile. Then reboot, see if that works. It worked on mine.

Hi, which phone plan do you have?  Does your phone have VoLTE?

Agents typically reply with 2-4 hours.  They are closed now their response should be received in the morning. 

If possible, put your phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.  

If calls still don't work, put your phone to 2G and connect to T-Mobile. From the settings menu, turn on data roaming.
