Hi! Signed up 3 days ago on the $40 deal, everything was working fine but today I have no calling. Can you help please?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.

Hi Tiffany my name is Tara and I just signed up with public mobile as well my service was okay for 3 days and just last night it cut off and I couldnt make or receive any calls but I could text I spent 3 hours trying to figure it out this morning on how to talk to somebody and I finally had to go into the Walmart where I purchased the chip and the plan and I pretty much didn't really get too far because I still don't know why I had no incoming or outgoing calls

@TiffanyD I know they are pretty busy right now due to some recent system issues.  They do process the requests in a first-come-first serve order, so please try to be patient.  Here's info on expected turnaround:

@TiffanyD if you haven't already, I'd highly recommend you follow the links @will13am provided and contact the moderator team right away for assistance.  They will be able to help.

My payment is taken then put back, taken again and now another credit. It says there is a system issue.

Everything look fine other than today I see they issued a credit for the $40 I paid with a voucher then took it out again?

It is strange that everything is working initially but stopped working a few days later.  Can you login to the self serve and check to make sure there is nothing out of place in the account.  If everything checks out there, try rebooting the phone and making sure that the phone is connecting properly to Public Mobile.  Failing that, it might be worthwhile to contact the moderator team to see if there is any hidden failures with the account.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.  Good luck.
