Hi Tiffany my name is Tara and I just signed up with public mobile as well my service was okay for 3 days and just last night it cut off and I couldnt make or receive any calls but I could text I spent 3 hours trying to figure it out this morning on how to talk to somebody and I finally had to go into the Walmart where I purchased the chip and the plan and I pretty much didn't really get too far because I still don't know why I had no incoming or outgoing calls

My payment is taken then put back, taken again and now another credit. It says there is a system issue.

Everything look fine other than today I see they issued a credit for the $40 I paid with a voucher then took it out again?

It is strange that everything is working initially but stopped working a few days later. Can you login to the self serve and check to make sure there is nothing out of place in the account. If everything checks out there, try rebooting the phone and making sure that the phone is connecting properly to Public Mobile. Failing that, it might be worthwhile to contact the moderator team to see if there is any hidden failures with the account. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
