No online access and wrong plan

I chose usa and Canada unlimited plan. But on the final page I got plan which I never selected. I have the printout of my plan. As per the summary page my plan will expire before ONE month. I chose plan for 90 days. One month plan cost is $210 plus tax!!!!. I have local outgoing with data and text message. But no long distance and no incoming. Don't want to pay $210 per month for that plan. I can't access to my account online. It says they can't recognize my email. Please help.

Yeah, that doesn't make sense. Did you actually pay for that plan (ie was it charged to your cc)? If so, you should pm a moderator to get it fixed. Note they are quite backlogged, so could take a bit, you'll need to be patient. In the meantime, have you tried changing your plan?

This doesn't sound right, I don't see any 30 day plans listed for $210, think the largest is $80. In fact, I can't find any plan combo that is $210, the max plan of 90 days Can/US talk + gobal text + 12 GB data comes close at $216, is that maybe the one you picked?

 

(Note that the promo plan is only for prov talk, if you need Can/US then the $216 for 90 days is a standand plan.)

 

Anyway, this will likely need a moderator to sort out, and they are unfortunately quite backlogged so it could take a while.
