Hi all,

How are you doing?  I have a Galaxy S9 I bot in June of 2019.  I am with public mobile and have been having problems with no network connection.    I am on oxygen thrapy and need it to live, I need a phone that is relaible. 

 

Is this my phone of the carrier?

Reset the Network Settings on your Samsung S9.

Go to Setting>General Management>Reset>Reset Network Settings. See if that helps.

@CheekyKID  Can you test the SIM card in another phone to try . Help narrow down if it’s your phone / setting or account issue 

also can log into your account and confirm if it’s active or suspended 

also check

If active and no outage and reboot device or reset network setting don’t work . And same result testing sim in different phone 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
