No mobile network.

I am not able to make calls or text messages on my phone anymore. I have the same phone that I've always had. I have taken the SIM chip out and restarted my phone many times. When I try to make a call, it is quiet, followed by a hang up with a pop up saying "no mobile network". Help please, I haven't had my phone for over a week.

What phone do you have? Try Reset Network Settings 

And can you find another phone and test youe sim card there?

have you tried your sim in a different cellphone. 

Log in to your account to see account status...make sure your account is still active and in good standing.
