I tried resetting the networks settings, set the APN and the data still is not working. I have an LG G7 One.

@rdgdawg Also check if your Data Usage is enabled.

Call and texting work, so I'm thinking you're right and I might have to do a factory reset.

@rdgdawg Are you having any issue with calling or texting services? If only data is having an issue, likely APN settings would be the problem. A lot of LG models require factory reset when carrier is switched. Make sure to back up all your data if you go this route.

Try taking sim outta the phone for a moment, then reinstalling. Sometimes that gets things percolating.

Log into self service and look under My Data & Add-Ons. Confirm that you have data listed. If not it has been used up.

Is it possible you've run outta regular plan data until next renewal ? If so, you can get one of the data add-ons.
