No longer can make or get calls

When I try to make an outbound call (to a land line)a message comes on saying “2UT1 all circuits are busy …”. Everything else seems to be fine.  Help???? My sister tried to call me and she said she couldn’t get through either.

Thank you but this did not work. I also can’t receive calls so I think there is something more wrong then meets the eye.  I have submitted a support ticket too - was hoping there was a quick fix like this out there.

reboot your phone

try to make the call with a 1 in front of the number

and don't just try one number, try calling other numbers to, maybe it is an issue for one particular one
