I run out my gb for internet and I pay before my due date I have automatic payment I have positive balance but no internet what  can I do

Log into your PM to check usage.. If atthe limit you have 2 options..

1. Purhase data addon for $30.. Put $30 into your account first

2. Renew with sme plan.. Be sure $$ is in account. Contact mods

Or you cn put $$ in select new plan and activate now... Only works if you want aa currently available plan and don't mind losing your old plan.

@jamumex1970 It's not automatic renew data when it's run out even you have positive balance. You can purchase data add-on 1GB for $30 or contact MODs to renew your plan early. If you renewed or purchased add-on but no internet, you should reboot your phone to make data works again.

If you are out of data and want to renew early to have your plan data again you can contact the mods and tell them you already have the funds added to your account.

How long until they reply?:

How can I view my private messages between myself and a Community Moderator

Or you can purchase a data add on that will roll over each month if you don't use it all.
