did you just not able to use mobile data /internet?

what model and brand of phone you have?

were you able to use the internet before?

you tried clicking 'Reset All Networks"?

using iPhone, you should have an app called Safari. Click that to learn your way around the web.

Not sure what the Android machines use though.

Well, once you've activated your SIM card, toggle your mobile data switch to the "ON" position, then you'll have data (which is probably what you mean by 'internet')

This is dependent on proximity to towers and signal strength as well as device compatibility, which is likely not an issue unless you have a device designed for use in the European or Asian markets.
