Power outage. No internet, but 2 bars on iPhone. Phone calling works, but no internet data. Thanks!

so, still power outage now? then it is not surprised, the cell tower close to you loss power too
you have to wait till power is back

No outages in my area. I am currently on wifi because of generator. No data when I turn off wifi
check if Telus also reports any outage in your areahttps://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages
also Reboot phone and Reset network settings to test
