Hi i just purchased a data add on 5gb internet. When i am outside it is not working. How do i turn this option on? Thank you

Reboot your phone and make sure your data is turned on

hi @Petka 

make sure you don't have mobile data limit set

then try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
