Since yesterday my phone has not been ringing when I have an incoming call. It is going straight to voicemail. I am able to make outgoing calls. I've tried powering my phone off taking out the sim ect and the issue persists.

Others seems to be suggesting to remove the SIM card and try it into another compatible phone. Do you have services then?
If so, insert the SIM back into your own phone, restart it. Does this retrigger the network?
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

Do you also live out West or is this issue creeping east to all Provinces now?

It seems that the Telus outage is still affecting more customers.
Try powering off the phone, remove the SIM tray, reseat the SIM, wait 2 minutes, slide the tray back into the phone and power on the phone.
You can also try putting the SIM in another phone and follow the above instructions then put the SIM back in the original phone.
If that fails, contact a CS_Agent to refresh the network setting for your SIM.

Try putting SIM into another phone which will trigger re-provisioning of your SIM/account and that might resolve your issue.
Helped few others this way.
