I have the same issue and I havent get any response from any MOD in 2 weeks, I got 2 phone numbers with the same problem and none of them it is been fixed so I am paying 4 plans for the last 2 weeks.
Still with the same problem up to today, created discussion and pm moderators, not sure what else to do, if only self service was working to do the porting i wouldn't need their help... this sucks.

Old SIM card does not work.

Does your old sim card work? if yes then can you use taht till porting issues is soved.
have you messaged one of the moderators? did you provide them all the needed info?
