After removing and reinserting the SIM a few times my issue is now resolved.

That's very strange. The old sim still works?

I powered down the phone took out the SIM and reinserted it - still no incoming calls since the 20th.

Hello @kltt, 

I can see that the port has completed since the 20th and everything is active on the account. 

Can you try removing the SIM card and performing some basic troubleshooting?
