No group texts and no attachments!

Hi! Suddenly my android stopped sending group texts and I can't attach pictures to texts! Help please!!!

take out sim card and put it back

and try to do clear cache app message 

and reboot phone

Chat features (RCS) require mobile plan data. MMS does not require mobile plan data just mobile data enabled to connect to the separate server that MMS is sent over. Turn off your chat features of you have run out of data so you can still send and receive MMS.

Are internet-use activitiys working using mobile data?  The first thing would be to check that mobile data hasn't been accidently disabled in your phone's settings.
