Also, does calling and SMS both in and out work?

Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

Depending on if you have data left in your bank for the remainder of this cycle, try this.
Go to Network Settings, turn off "Automatic" and choose Public Mobile. Reboot your phone and give it a try. Also, if you're using an iPhone, the iPhone browser sucks! Use Google Chrome. Let us know if this works.

Click on all the little spinner refresh icons you see lower down to make sure you're seeing current info.
Do you have a data limiter set on the phone (if Android)?
