Since rebooting my phone yesterday, I don't have any data.
I get an error message from the "Call Services" process:
Unable to establish a wireless data connection.
LTE: ESM-4100 APN-sp.mb.com
This is on a LG phone with Android 9.
I double-checked my APN settings and they are correct.
What can I do?

As a last resort you may need to do a factory reset. Make sure you do a backup before doing the reset.

@whitenoise if still fail, try to do a network refresh and see how it goes.

I would turn your phone off again for one minute and then reboot, and then try turning it on and put in airplane mode for a couple of minutes and then go to regular mode. If that doesn't work you can try removing your SIM card and reinsert it and reboot phone. This has worked for me in the past. Good luck.
