@Matnat27 aside from the community forum here the only way you can reach Public Mobile support is to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

does it ever work before? what phone you have? what have you done to test? voice work?

at least try reboot the phone and reset all networks on the phone

@Matnat27 if you are using an Android device check to make sure you do not have any data limits set. Also check under the PM app to make sure you haven't used up all of your data for the month.
