Hello. I submitted a ticket but will ask here too.

 

Yesterday was my renewal, I had changed it from 4 gb plan to 1gb plan. I had used 1.82gb during the 4gb plan. Today my data doesn’t work what so ever when I switched it to the 1gb plan. Why doesn’t my data work? I should have 1gb after the change. But it’s showing my old plan at 1.82gb and my data doesn’t work at all now.

Hi @ninam775 look like people who had the problem are now good.  Try to reboot the phone once and check.  If still not working,  then open ticket withe CS Agent as advised above

Yes there is currently a ridiculous problem with plan changes these couple days. You can only wait for a reply from support.

Hi unfortunately that is a problem the last few days 

you need to contact customer service agent 

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
