Those should be entered the same as from the information provided by softech.  There's also a mistake in your MMS port as there should not be anything that says MCC in it.

There are mistakes in your entered APN settings.  First off, it's supposed to be sp.mb.com

(your screenshot shows SO.MB.COM)

Also, in most cases, that setting should be in lower cases letters.  There are some models that require that setting to be in upper case letters, but that isn't the norm.  For the MMS settings, there shouldn't be any password for that.

I have just done it and nothing changed. I have entered the exact same informations and restarted my phone after. Hope to find another solution 🤞 thank you.

@Lio1

sound like an APN issue.  First try Reset Network settings.

if it still does not work, you will need to update the APN.   Umidigi is a phone that is a bit hard to get the APN right.  So, try this:

Navigate to the Settings menu. Once you are there, go to Network and Internet and Mobile Network . You’ll have to go to Advanced Settings and then finally Access Point Names .

Compare the APN settings below, try to update it and save:

APN: SP.MB.COM
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
         or    default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include DUN for hotspot, please note case sensitive)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or  Turn APN on/off APN turned on
