Hello,
I have been wiht the same sim card, phone and plan for years without issue. Yesterday I decided to change my plan to upgrade from 4g of data at 3g speed to 6g at 4g speed.The account shows the change was made but since my plan renewed I do not have data, nor can I receive calls. Also all my calls show up as private.
I tried rebooting my phone but it did not work. I tried turning off and on data again. Still did not work.
If anyone would be able to help that would be appreciated.

@rafi2671- I don't know what to say about the delay in responses. I suspect they are being swamped by this problem. We've seen several people in here in the last couple days complaining of this problem. Ridiculous.
But like I say, GPS on maps doesn't need cell. Start it all up while on wifi and then you can just not be connected. But you certainly should be connected as this change plan problem is astounding.

@dust2dust Thanks for your reply. No, but I am having the same issue as them. I need direction since I am new in town and may get lost. I have tried everything but nothing seems to solve this issue.

@rafi2671- Are you victorkaplan? GPS doesn't need cellular. You can download maps and the GPS in your phone will show you where you are. Directions would need the internet. You could set that up before you go.

It has been 4 hours since I opened a ticket but have not got any reply. I need to be on the road and my GPS is not working. Any way around it? Thanks

If you're still around and waiting for support, try the lost/stolen function. Suspend then resume and restart and see if that fixes it.

@victorkaplan hi there hve been a few issues with plan changes the last few days it must be a provisioning issue on Publics end,
you need the help of a service rep

@victorkaplan try to reseat your sim card once. Power down the phone firstm then take the sim card out for a minute , then put it back in and power up again
If issue persists and you have another phone , try to put your PM sim card there and test it on that other phone
