@malik444 you have been with PM for some time, so , is this the same phone you use on PM?
it was working earlier and just stopped? If that is the case, make sure it is not the Mobile data limit on your device. Maybe it reached the limit and stopped the data. You can either disable it completely or check the cycle start date and make sure it matches your current PM cycle start date:
Also, check the APN settings, compare it with below:
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include dun for hotspot)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D

HI @malik444 you have used this phone on PM before?
What make and model is the phone?
Proper way is to check the APN settings
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone
But a quick way is to first try Reset All network and see if it refresh itself with all the proper setting. But with that , you need to join the wifi again as it will wiped all the current Wifi
