Hi All,
I'm with iPhone X, with Public for about 3 years, no issues so far (other than need more data 🙂 ). Since this morning, I have no cellular data. The phone shows it has LTE connection, but no data when I swith WiFi off. I rebooted my phone with no results.
Please advice (this is to moderators) if there are any issues before I try resetting my network settings.
Thanks

Uggh. AutoPay.
The source of so many PM issues the past few months.

I am also experiencing the same thing after I switched from my euro sim card back to public mobile. Checked my self serve and I haven't used up any of my data this month. Text and calls work but not data. I also reset my cellular settings and compared the APN to my sisters public mobile network and still no luck!!

The data is back, but I'd like to have the answer from @CS_Agent if there is an issue with AutoPay (I have 3 more accounts that I will need manually if this is the case)
The mods are still working on a big back log, so I wouldn't hold my breath for getting an answer here... There were higher than usual report numbers re failed auto pay in the past couple of weeks... If you want to play it safe, top up manually before your renewal dates. The system will first apply rewards, then available funds and only if it needs more money to cover the plan cost it will charge your credit card. So by topping up your available funds you avoid step three. (Yes, I know, somewhat defeats the purpose, but it's the way to go if you want avoid any auto pay glitches. Your auto pay rewards will still be applied.)

There are many *ugly* warnings that happen with AutoPay overnight/early morning. Normally, if you leave it alone, even in an unpaid state, it will complete, and your phone will remain active.
You can top up early on your other accounts if you wish to help eliminate the AutoPay bug that may be occurring. You will not lose the credit for doing this.

If you haven't restarted your phone since making the manual payment, I would try that.

My AutoPay didn't "auto pay".
I had to make the payment manually.
Is there an issue with AutoPay? @CS_Agent

Do you still have data available? If you check your self serve account and don't find data listed you have used your allotment for this plan cycle. (It's a quirk in the system.)
Edit: I'm too slow typing on the phone - @will13am beat me to it...

Is it possible that the data is all used up? Login to self serve and see if there is mention of data usage on the overview page. If not, it's all used up.
